In Miniature–OfMariaAntonia’s 2018 Photo Challenge

For this week’s prompt, hosted by OfMariaAntonia, I’ve chosen IN MINIATURE–turning to one of God’s stunning work’s of art: the tiny hummingbird. We welcome many varieties to our feeders and when these little guys with their purple hoods show up, my heart always skips a beat. I hope you enjoy him too.

My guess is, looking at my field guide for birds, that this is a Costa’s Hummingbird–but don’t hold me to it!
